Bola Adeoshun

Hi, I'm Bola, the founder of Ubuntu Global Productions. I graduated from Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication with a BA (Hons) in Digital Television Production. While in University, I turned my passion for photography into my first freelance business, launching Bola A. Photography, collaborating with brands, small businesses and private clients.

 

After graduating, I joined tech giant, Apple, as a product specialist where I was able to share my love for media with other creatives and helping small and large business owners learn how to market their businesses using Apple's photos and video products. From there, I moved on to join an award-winning production company, SandStone Global Productions, as their Production Assistant. My credits include Warrior Women with Lupita Nyong'o (C4), The Nile: Egypt's Great River With Bettany Hughes (C5), and Egypt's Great Treasures with Bettany Hughes (C5) and A Greek Odyssey with Bettany Hughes (C5). 

 

Prior to the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, I pivoted my professional career into International Development, where I was part of the communications team at CAFOD (Catholic Agency for Overseas Development) as their in-house Content Producer. I led the photo and video content for the UK promotion of their annual supporter challenge, Walk For Water (2021 ) & Walk Against Hunger (2022).

Today, I continue to tell captivating stories and create inspiring content for global audiences and the next generation of filmmakers.
